Important information about the Maxpak
|
The Maxpak
site sits adjacent to the future site of the
Somerville Community Path (just west of Lowell Street).
According to a covenent between the city and the developer (KSS), the abandoned rail line slated for the Somerville Community Path extension will be used by construction equipment to access the Maxpak site during its first phase of construction. This may affect the timing and funding of the next phase of development for the Somerville Community Path. In response,
the Somerville Bicycle Committee has put together a set
of recommendations to the city, with the following aims:
